The 3 year PSPO that Hardway residents fought to have put in place covering Memorial Green and surrounding area expires early March 2021.
The desire for this PSPO was to spotlight the seasonal youth ASB issue and to ensure authorities had the tools to deal with repeat offenders, ensuring the memorial green could be enjoyed by all and nearby residents could enjoy their homes without intimidation and abuse.
Consultation is underway for the PSPO to be renewed for another 3 years.
